An updated DPS Portal website has been deployed (Dec. 2024). External DPS users must submit a CAPTCHA along with their email. These users will then be sent a link to access the external portal request system. DPS 4.61.5000 has been released (June 2025). This version includes new Key Provisioning and FSKA for DoSoAd protocol.
